CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

How do you generate excitement and reward the most creative festivalgoers when it's -28°C? Igloofest, the world's "coolest" electronic festival, wanted to offer its costumed guests a fun yet robust photo animation, capable of running 24/7 in a sponsored container (Sapporo and other brands). CheeeseBOX's mission: capture these frosty moments, engage the community, and orchestrate a costume contest that would get the festival talked about on social media.

OUR WAY OF BRINGING IT ALL TO LIFE!

We deployed a specially insulated and heated "container" photobooth to withstand temperatures of -30°C, equipped with professional booths and high-performance LED projectors. Each participant passed in front of our professional photographer and then collected their photo on site, in digital format (sent by SMS or email) and for immediate printing. To spice up the entertainment, we included a contest: festival-goers had to tag @Igloofest, follow the page and invite their friends on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok to validate their participation.

CUT! IT'S IN THE "BOX"!

Result: in three editions (2020, 2023 and 2024), more than 5,000 photos taken, thousands of shares and a spike in Instagram engagement during each festival weekend. Three ultra-creative disguises won our premium prizes (chalet weekend, ski resort getaway, gourmet dinner), generating a real buzz around the Igloofest × CheeeseBOX partnership. Thanks to our technical expertise and our always smiling hosts, the photo experience has become a must-see on Igloofest's icy nights.
